Everything was excellent I wish I had time to enjoy and take advantage of the room I was in and out I didn't have time to just chill and enjoy the luxuries of the bedroom super clean. Front desk staff was excellent Patty I believe was her name was a sweetheart professional courteous really enjoyed her. I also enjoyed the young lady at the bar she was excellent on point courteous make sure that you have what you needed you had the right drink awesome big big thank yous to her and the other staff that was there helping her when things got hectic for a second but they overcame and took care of all of us appreciate it.

It wasn't a horrible experience however I called on the way to Philadelphia to make sure we had a ride. They said yes a Shuttle Bus comes every 1/2 hour. Well after waiting for 45 minutes I called and they there wouldn't be one until 5 in the morning ( this was after midnight) Once we got an uber ride to the hotel they changed our room because the hotel was full and it was " first come, first serve " basis. ( I got the room in October!) Other than that it was fine

I requested 2 double beds and thought we had a pull out sofa, to our surprise the pull out sofa was not in use. One of the beds in the room. Was leaning as if the springs were broken. Needless to say this was the worst experience and I didn't sleep well at all. The breakfast was great though!.

The check in was quick but it was only 3 people in line at the time. The breakfast was just ok because the bacon was under cooked and the potatoes taste like they were reheated from the day before. My main issue was booking a premium room but there were no snacks provided hence the reason I booked the room in the first place for two teenage boys that I knew would want extra snacks throughout the night. If that’s something that Embassy no longer offers then they should definitely take the photo down instead of false advertising. After several attempts of trying to dial the front desk with a phone that only allowed me to talk on speaker phone at an extremely low volume, I requested an extra blanket and was told that one would be right up from housekeeping…..an hour and a half later after fighting with the phone again I just sent the boys down to the front desk to get one. Although we haven’t stayed at this particular Embassy since before Covid I doubt we’ll be back because it’s been going down hill since then.
