Back garden with garden furniture. Large balcony. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 small ponds in the grounds.. Westfield is the perfect retreat for a small family or a couple wishing to be close enough to amenities but wanting that rural setting. There are plenty of native red squirrels running around and a local buzzard who visits the property on a regular basis. This is a truly magnificent experience for you wildlife lovers. The property is situated up a rough track and is teeming with trees and nature. The outlook from every window is just stunning in every season. The picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth is just a short drive from the property; here you will find a selection of cafés, bars and restaurants.

The historic harbour is guarded by Yarmouth Castle, the last addition to Henry VIII sea defences. Walk around the castle and discover the recreated rooms of the 16th century or simply sit outside and enjoy a picnic while admiring the views out to the sea.

Beautiful secluded stay

Just returned from a lovely stay at Westfield. The location was perfect for us, extremely secluded which is just what we were after. The track down to the property was a bit rough and we were pleased that it had been dry as I don’t think we would have made it otherwise. The house itself was lovely and clean. Had everything you could think of but was looking a bit tired. We didn’t mind the rustic feel if honest.We got to see lots of lovely wildlife including red squirrels and woodpeckers. Walkable to the beach but a bit of a climb at some points.The host was excellent with communication and would definitely recommend.We’re hoping to come and stay again :o)
