No está mal el hotel sin embargo no dan servicio de hotel, no tienen restaurant, ni nada de servicios. No la pasamos mal y los cuartos están muy bien y todo está limpio, solo es ir preparados para salir a comer o llevar algo para comer ahí más algo de tomar porque no hay ni agua.

The Building in general is ok, however the beds are TERRIBLE, the pillows as well. Amenities are cheap. The restaurant food leaves much to be desired. But the worst thing of all is that the hotel is sorrounded by sugar cane crops and they begun to do the harvest the day the hotel was at full capacity. Then we were sorrounded by smoke and pieces of burned cane, there were times that was impossible to breathe due to the quantity of smog, terrible experience. The staff were friendly and polite in general, however there was a lack of experience and organization at the front desk.

This hotel made my stay at cocoyoc to be exactly what I wanted to be peaceful, relaxing, and comfy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel garden is beautiful and the pool was clean and fun to enjoy with my family. I highly recommend this place. Makes you feel at home away from home.

La habitación muy linda, limpia dentro de lo aceptable, la TV no funcionaba, el teléfono no tenía línea telefónica, muy padre que tengan planta tratadora de agua! Ojalá puedan poner atención en los calentadores para el agua de los baños ya que se ven muy viejitos, picados y descuidados y huele mucho a gas cuando pasas cerca de ellos lo que puede ocasionar un accidente, el agua de la alberca está muy fría, es muy linda la propiedad y la alberca también ojalá consideren calefacción para ella, hace falta un restaurante dentro del hotel, el personas bien, atento y amable. El gimnasio está en un mini cuarto, tiene escasos 3 aparatos llenos de polvo y el cuartito está muy sucio, el aire acondicionado con mucho polvo. Las áreas de escaleras estaban con basura!! Los jardines muy lindos y la alberca limpia y linda! Su propiedad tiene mucho potencia! Ojalá consideren atender lo urgente y mejorar calefacción a la alberca!!
