The King suite was spacious and very nice. The staff was very helpful and mostly spoke English. The only fault was the whirlpool was cold and jets didn’t work. We did not realize we were supposed to let the front desk know we were going to use it - and I guess they would turn it on.

Overall, great impression and staying was pleasant. The staff is very helpful. Areas to improve: 1. One access room card is not enough if 2 people are staying in 1 room 2. Charging $10 for the lost card is inappropriate. I have never seen this in my life traveling all over the word. Eventually, the fine was dismissed after my negative reaction but it could affect the overall satisfaction. Again, the hotel meets all high standards and I highly recommend it for everyone.

He property was beautiful. Clean and great staff with excellent customer service. The rooms are very spacious and the continental breakfast was top notch. It’s centrally located so it’s literally minutes to whatever you need. Enjoyed our stay there.
