A fantastic hotel with lovely smiley, welcoming staff. We wanted a non smoking hotel near the cruise port with English speaking staff and we certainly got that. We arrived early morning from the airport. Train to Yokohama then a transfer to the subway and a ride up in the hotel lift from the subway. We were able to drop our luggage into the hotel luaggage storage and go wander around Yokohama for the day. The breakfast was great and a fusion of western and Japanese buffet. If you are embarking a cruise it is an easy 10 minute walk to the ship. We highly recommend this hotel

Location is ideal - right off train station, next to harbor (for those taking a cruise), near major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It is also very safe and quiet, even at all hours of the day and night. We would definitely stay there again!!
