The property and the room itself were clean but the lobby needs some work. The lobby looks very rundown and dingy. The staff was helpful but hard to understand.

Just what I was looking for. Very clean (appears new), staff at front desk very helpful and pleasant. Very close to shopping mall and walkable to Osanbashi pier and China town.

First room had a leaking toilet with mold on the pipe, gave me a different room they just cleaned, pillows were nasty and there was mold on the shower curtain. Not worth the money.

Good Stay!

There are a few Hotel Livemax around my area, so be sure to know or inform your driver the exact place of the hotel you are staying in. Also, the room was nice and the crew are very accomodating.

鍵は無く、暗証番号で開けるシステム 冷蔵庫は小さくても冷え冷えだし、レンジもある。 部屋にエアコンが付いていて自由に設定できるし設備は文句無し。 アメニティが一通り置いてあるのも良い。 弱点はエレベーターがひとつしかないくらい。
