This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. The staff were calm, attentive, and provided truly excellent service. The room was impeccably clean, and the hotel facilities were outstanding—well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Considering the level of comfort, service, and amenities, the price was very reasonable. Everything came together to create a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Positives: 1] Staff - great hospitality, i.e., very welcoming & helpful. 2] Room - very clean & functional with nice amenities, e.g., Safe, hot water pot, bathroom amenities. etc. 3] On premise laundry facility - very clean, secure access (room card access), natural lighting & spacious for performing other activities while waiting, microwave in facility, vending machines located right outside. 4] Exercise room - basic equipment, e.g., treadmill, conveniently located right next to the laundry facility, secure access, vending machines located right outside. 5] Location - great location. 2 minute walk to Kawasaki JR station, 3 minute walk to shopping malls & dining, etc., 6] Proximity to Haneda Airport - 6 short stops from the airport. Taxis are always an alternative transportation option but not as economical as a train. Downside: 1] No free hotel / airport shuttle service. It's not truly a downside, but more of a convenience for travelers who aren't comfortable with taking the train or families traveling with lots of luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very conveniently located, within JR Kawasaki Station's shopping complex. It is also convenient in the sense that Kawasaki is just a 20 min train ride away from Tokyo Station, and a 10 min ride from Yokohama. In all, a comfortable stay in a nice quality hotel. Highly recommend to whoever is struggling with hotel prices in Tokyo or Yokohama, and if you don't mind the train ride.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki. This is usually our go to hotel after we land back in Tokyo before flying home since it is not too long of a drive to the airport. We really enjoy staying here since the rooms are super clean and quite spacious for Japan standards. It’s also located right next to a JR station which makes it super convenient to travel to other major stations. There’s also a Family Mart right outside, a few good restaurants and a shopping centre! The staff here are lovely and so accomodating. They really go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Highly recommend and my partner and I are definitely thinking of staying here for much longer the next time we come to Japan.

Excellent customer service. Clean room and maintained well every day. Good breakfast buffet options. Room was well stocked, with quality fittings and (importantly) a comfortable bed.
