The property is located in the prime area connected to the trains which is the most impressive part of the hotel. I was surprised that yes indeed JR does own and operate the hotel and like their trains everything runs efficiently, cleanly and quietly. Great food selection all over near and included in the hotel in a buffet style service. The staff were phenomenal, and always smiled no matter the time of day, the check in process was quick and easy, and the check out had my better half with her mouth agape on how fast it occurred. Spacious room, amazing shower, no complaints and cleaning was done to a perfect finish if requested. Highly recommend anything from the JR hotels and plan to use in the future while visiting Japan

This place is great, nice rooms, friendly staff. A good selection at breakfast too. There is a lot to do locally, shopping is convenient, some activities for young ones and lots of food options. It is also so easy to get around, with the train station under 5 minutes walk away you literally have Japan on your door step. You also dont hear the trains :)
