The bed was so tilted at an angle that I had to put a pillow under it to get it level and I could feel the springs through the mattress. I also requested non smoking room but they only had smoking available. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation but were able to get me in a non smoking room for most of my reservation but I had to switch during the middle of my stay to a smoking room, so I just went and stayed somewhere else because the smoking rooms smelled terrible. Make sure you confirm directly with the hotel for non smoking rooms. Don’t trust just clicking that on Expedia.

I feel the place is a bit over priced for the quality of the room The bed was super soft, and for me personally I don't like that kind of bed. The breakfast is very simple. You could have some fruits as an option

Lower-priced hotel, 3 train stops from Yokohama

Would have been easy to find, except it was listed under another name (Central Plaza Hotel)! As you would expect, small room but with almost everything I needed. Comfortable, functional and pretty quiet. There are supermarkets and cafes near the station. Some staff speak English.

Hotel close to train station

Overall the hotel is very good as it is within 2 mins walking distance to Keikyu Tsurumi Station and 3 mins to JR Tsurumi Station. Also lots of cafe, bar along the way. Family Mart is just next to the hotel. Simple breakfast is provided. However there is no wifi in the room which is really inconvenience and when I booked the room it is clearly stated that there is wifi.

設備などはお値段相応で何も不便なかったのですが、バスルームがおじさんの臭い(加齢臭？)が充満していて酷かったです。本当に酷かった。スタッフさんはあれで次の客をいれて良しと思ったんでしょうか❓仕方なしに使いましたが、本当に臭くて臭くてたまらなかった。
