We loved our room so much that we are staying another 2 weeks. We extended through the hotel since it was much cheaper than through Expedia. The only issue we have is the lobby and gym uses these timed machines that spurt out fragrance throughout the day and makes me super nauseous and asthma. Housekeeping is excellent. Staff is top notch and all speak English very well. Location is perfect and you can walk pretty much everywhere locally. Grocery store downstairs, and washer n dryer in room.

Outstanding property in a high rise. Rooms start in the 47th floor with stunning views of the city. From the restaurant on clear days you can see Mt Fuji. My room came with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine

1. Nespresso non-reusable capsules versus resuable capsules may be a controversial issue. 2. I like the big size of our plates and the steel pots and pans and the large soup bowls. I like the kitchen sink. I like they gives me clean kitchen towel everyday. The dish washer works well but a bigger dish washer will be fantastic.

Very nice apartment style property, the rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Great service. The property is impeccably clean. There are some dining options in the hotel, and a small grocery store and other restaurants in the plaza outside at ground level. Very close to Bashamichi metro station and Minato Mirai. I would come again.

This was by far the best accommodation that we stayed in during our three-week trip to Japan. Highlights: Efficient, professional, thoughtful and friendly staff. The most comfortable rooms and perfect nights’ sleep anyone could wish for. A well-equipped kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities. Amenities provided were all excellent quality. Magnificent views overlooking Yokohama – especially at night. Fantastic location – quiet but with easy access to Bashamichi train station and Minatomirai just a short walk away. Thank you very much to the hotel management and staff for providing such top-notch accommodation. You made us feel at home in Yokohama and we hope to see you again sometime in the future!

The property was beautiful and the views of the bay fantastic. It was one block from the subway and a good-sized market with a great variety of foods available. My only complaint was that the check-in staff was pretty cold and not so welcoming. Also we paid a great deal for the larger room we had for three people but the hotel insisted on charging us a significant per night fee for my teenage son. I thought that was pretty ridiculous for a high-priced hotel.

There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. Considering how good most hotel staff in Japan are, it's impressive how good the staff here are. There is a hotel guest only waiting area on 46F where you can look out over Yokohama. My room had a balcony, which was impressive because I was on 51F. I'd definitely consider booking here. I certainly plan to stay here again the next time I am in Yokohama.

Very Quiet, exceptionally Clean and Spacious rooms with excellent view of Yokohama bay and mount Fuji. During our stay there was full moon, extraordinary romantic view of water and city. Came from Los Angeles for the Mooneyes Yokohama show. This hotel was our first impression of Japan and it blew us away. Absolutely loved this hotel, beautiful views. I will recommend to any one of my friends/family that stay in Yokohama.
