*BEWARE* Had 3 nights booked with them at the end of our trip but was very unclean. Bathroom smelled like mold and visible liquid splattered all over the walls, beds were hard and musky and the window doesn’t open so very gross airflow. We ended up checking out in the morning and had to basically fight to get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay! Best part was the view of the bay but the condensation on the window blocks it out quickly.. don’t be cheap and stay somewhere reputable :)

Across the street from Sakuragicho station, two blocks to Minatomirai shopping complex, and there is a walkway across the Tama river to Worldporter complex. Room was larger than typical Japanese hotels.

The location and property are excellent value, but it's let down by the size of the room and worn-out furniture. We had a double bedroom for two people, bed size was okay, small bathroom as expected but it was difficult to find room for our luggage.

Staff would not let me access the lounge even though I was part of their hotel membership and has been there multiple times in the past. Morning and afternoon staffs were wonderful but the evening staff was okay.

Very close to station. All lines. We saw mount fuji from our hotel room. Very good service and amenities for the price. Rooms are a bit small but can fit a suitcase to open up. Will go again
