The Space:

As you approach The Beach House, you'll be enchanted by the tranquil neighborhood and the welcoming presence of the Ocean nearby. Step inside, and you'll instantly feel the bright, cheerful atmosphere that's ready for you and your loved ones to enjoy! On the first floor, you’ll find the first of four cozy bedrooms, offering a private retreat for those who prefer a little quiet time away from the hustle and bustle. This room features an ensuite with a standing shower and a lovely sitting area. You’ll also discover a convenient washer and dryer space just off the right side of the stairs leading to the second floor. A short flight of stairs invites you up to explore even more! At the top of the stairs, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views of Long Sands Beach and beyond. The cozy living area offers space to sit, unwind, or enjoy a movie cozied up on one of the comfy couches. The 8-person round dining table is there for a family meal with a slider out to the second-floor deck. This lovely floor features two of the four inviting bedrooms. One room has two comfy twin beds and plenty of personal storage, while the other includes a cozy full-size bed with its own storage options. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a bright and cheerful full bath. A staircase from the living area leads to the final bedroom, which delights with a spacious king-size bed, a cozy office nook, and a private full bath. The highlight of the third floor is the entertaining area! Right off the bedroom, there's a delightful wet bar and doors that open to an expansive deck, perfect for relaxing with ample seating and breathtaking views. Additionally, there's a handy 1/2 bath conveniently located off the outdoor deck.
