Our charming terraced home offers a blend of original features, including a fireplace and plenty of natural light, creating a peaceful retreat in the heart of York.

The front living room features a double sofa, armchair, and Smart TV for relaxation, while the open second reception room offers an industrial chic vibe with additional seating, a dining table, and another TV.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and washing machine. A bathroom with a shower completes the space.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and original features like stripped floorboards and fireplaces. All linens and toiletries are hotel quality for your comfort. Outside, enjoy a small courtyard for summer relaxation or bike storage.

All our toiletries and linen is up to hotel standards so you'll fine nice and rest during your stay. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local and Costcutters less than 5 minutes walk away on Bishopthorpe Road.

Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guests have access to the full property during their stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Please note that the stairs in the property are quite steep, as is often the case with these older terraced houses.

We are, unfortunately, unable to provide parking as part of your stay due to council restrictions. The nearest 24/7 Car Park is located on Nunnery Lane and is a 9 minute walk from the property. Guests can find more information the York City Parking directory website.

PETS
A dog is welcome at an additional minimum fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message me in advance with the details of your pet (type/breed/age). If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog.

- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house.
- Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property.

INCLUDED IN THE STAY: For each stay we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest, a bath mat and a tea towel. We also provide a welcome pack to get guests starting including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sugar. A dishwasher tablet, washing capsule, sponge scourer, J-cloth, bin bags and toiletries including soap and body wash.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any
