Staff were all really nice, room was very clean, but the bed was really low, and needs a new mattress! Not the best couple of nights sleep!! Good venue for locality to all the amenities and places to visit,

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. About a 20 min walk from train station but walk was flat and fairly easy while wheeling our suitcases.

Really central place to stay in York. Parking expensive if you are coming by car. Hotel has good facilities, Queen room not spacious but perfectly adequate with fridge, hairdryer, iron and safe.
