Room was fine. Bathroom tiny and no ventilation. Staff helpful depending who was on the desk. I have strong objection to $45.00 late checkout fee. Food was mostly starch. The pork and sausage looked awful. Overpriced for what the customer receives; but the ony choice close to the OSS hospital..

Staff was very nice but this was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. There was mold along the ceiling in the room and the bathroom looked as if it had never been cleaned. Floors were covered in hair and general dirt. The room was all hard floors but I don't know that they had ever been mopped. The hotel has clearly been updated to look fancy, but it lacks cleanliness.

For such a nice hotel, the inside of the elevator door needed repainting. Would like to see body wash/shampoo/condition wall mounted in bigger bottles in the shower for ease and convenience. Shower could use shelves. Overall a Body wash/ shampoo/ conditions were nice. Sound proofing between doors of connecting rooms. I could hear the woman talking on her phone from any where in our bedroom.

Perfect hotel. Clean, safe, and friendly staff. But what sold me was the gym - best I’ve ever seen in a US hotel. Full power rack, York free weights up to 110, and many kettlebells. Awesome place! Will stay again.

The lady at the front desk was phenomenal. That’s where the good ended. My room the air didn’t work. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The shower did not drain, my daughter took a shower and the entire tub filled up. Then the blanket had blood on it. Luckily I didn’t need it since the air didn’t work. I was offered a different room around 10pm but the two kids were already in bed trying to sleep, I wasn’t going to move our entire room myself and wake them up. Pretty upsetting for $180 a night. No air, no clean shower or blankets. Kinda gross. Def won’t stay here again.
