The Room was basic- with terrible storage and no fridge. However we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good- shame there was no fresh fruit in the morning.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The room not so good, the bed was a small double and the mattress dipped in the middle so not very comfortable. The toilet seat was loose and foul smells came up through the waste outlet when the wash basin was emptied and gurgling noise from the shower waste. The bathroom door would not stay closed as the latch was missing. There was a white stain on the side of the bed base and the same on the sofa ( like a dog had slobbered over it; although there was no smell of dog in the room). The breakfast was buffet style.

ok for a short break

When you first arrive you see the outside grounds - these are in a poor state - grass needs mowing weeds everywhere. Inside the hotel is small but comfortable. The bedroom is a good size. Breakfast was fine and everything was kept topped up. Location - the hotel is a mile from a park and ride to the city centre which is excellent

Lovely welcome from the reception guy, when we arrived. He got us some oat milk for our morning coffee. In general the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fine for our requirements.
