Good price in York

Positives: Friendly check-in and staff. Clean good-size room. Good price for York. Hotel seems in good condition. Neutral: Mistake made at check-in which would have charged me twice for the room had I not checked. It was sorted out quickly when pointed out. Negative: Breakfast had a good selection but coffee is from an automatic machine and not good. Both had Eggs Benedict which wasn't great.

Hotel was clean. The room was cosy, with an enormous bed!!!! Breakfast was very nice with a large selection, I particularly liked the hot food being ordered rather than buffet.

Just so much wrong with this room

Given a room over restaurant fans, very noisy. Complained & assures they would stop. They didn't. Plumbing fugal night. I expect better from this hotel, as stayed with them all over the country & this stay was terrible
