Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the service at check-in was very good. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs and bacon were not good but had other items like cereal.

The staff is friendly. The property is good however our room did have an order. Even though this is a non-smoking property, it seems the people who occupied our room prior to us smoked. The front desk staff member provided some spray and also scheduled thorough clean for the next morning. The breakfast was good. We went with our family and everyone had a good time.

Even tho i gave a low mark for comfort and service I want to ensure i give accolade to very nice young lady at check in upon our arrival on the 10th. The hotel grounds and room was exceptional well kept and i was indeed comfortable in my room, where the discomfort comes into play is at the breakfast area. The young lady that worked during our stay from the 10-13 was very rude and unpleasant not just to myself but i have also witnessed her harsh behavior to others. She is definitely not the person to deal with the general public especially paying customers. Her interaction left a bitter taste for me and even though i would stay at this beautiful facility again she has changed my mind about taking my children to an unwelcoming environment. Management needs to retrain her on customer service if they intend on keeping her in the forefront of this hotel.

Short stay but great place!

We only stayed for one night and didn’t check in until closer to 11pm but the staff called to ensure we were ok since we were getting in so late which I thought was nice. Everyone we did come in contact with was super friendly. The breakfast was awesome! Almost missed it as it was only until 9am but we made it just in time! The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the tv to connect, but we didn’t ask for help or anything just did without!

I worried that the price would mean scrafice quality, but this Days Inn was clean and very nice. Has 6 EV chargers so no worry of not being able to charge. All free.
