Not impressed at all with this hotel the room was not clean as you would expect and the bathroom was discusting mold everywhere including the shower head. It was stated that there would be a Samsung tv to watch freeview but it didn’t work and was a very old pc monitor looking tv so we couldn’t watch anything. Towels were dirty asked for new ones twice but they never came. Toilet kept running intermittently showed the staff but it stopped as they came in then started again so nothing was done. The bed was extremely uncomfortable we both had bad backs after the first night. No dressing table with a mirror to be able to get ready to go out and us ladies know the importance of that. Just the basic things that are simple to rectify but no effort was made to change it. The shower I was cleaner before I got on it the shower gel bottle was broken and sat on the floor. I will not be going back stick to the ones we know are good.

Room was basic and clean. Communication was very good. However, reviews are out of date as they mentioned a breakfast and there is none available since change of ownership which was disappointing and inconvenient for us.

No staff there apart from the first hour of out stay on heating on first night its a b& b but no breakfast available no mirror in bathroom no tea coffee after first night if this is kind of service you offer i will not use your site again i will be posting it on the Internet

The room was clean but very tired looking. The mattress was not supportive. Couldn't get hot water from the tap in the room sink. Shower temperature was scalding and took ages to settle to a manageable temperature. Bedside lamp had a PAT test sticker dated 2022. Convenient, good value for money. It’s not a B&B and we never saw any discount vouchers for food locally which were promised. The staff were ok, it was a bit weird not having someone there at all times but over all the stay was pleasant.
