Air Conditioner not working in Rm 218

Good check in. Great help from front desk. Room was clean. However carpet was damp. I did have an allergic reaction to something in the room. Air Conditioner did not work in Room 218. I had front desk check it out. No change. It was set at 62 degrees and did not cool.

Hotel is very dated and in need of some renovations. Breakfast room was very small and not easy to get into because it's so small. Parking lot is small and needs some pothole repairs.

The room was sooo humid and musky with a damp basement kind of smell other wise staff was kind and courteous breakfast area was stocked didn’t get to enjoy pool or jacuzzi but it looked great. Thank you.

I thought the breakfast area setup was difficult to navigate in the morning and got very congested making it difficult to get my kiddos food. The staff were not super helpful on two separate occasions. I had asked for a little bit later checkout because we are stuck at a rainy soccer tournament which they told me that they could not grant (okay maybe my fault for not asking induce). I then was politely told by the lifeguard that balls we’re not allowed in the pool area (we had a small water ball and a small Football). We said absolutely no problem we will just leave them on the side of the pool deck and we did not play with them. AFTER, in the 45 minutes that followed I watched 3 separate groups of kids throw their balls across the pool (hitting people) and we’re not told to stop. The one group even played from the pool deck across the entire pool over everyone’s heads while they were swimming. I understand spool rules and absolutely believe in following them and teaching my kids to follow them it just seems that they weren’t reinforced for all guests. Which was disappointing.

Great location would like to be downtown. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Had a drink in the lounge and it was very nice. The young man that worked in there was a very accommodating and friendly. Five stars for him.
