The property was nice ,what let it down is the pool is freezing,and I found lots of homeless ppl hang around the building and around the time Hortons opposite. I know the hotel cannot control this . It's in a very convenient area with shops etc . Staff were really nice.

I loved the pool and the room was clean and updated. The area was close to everything whether driving to restaurants or walking trails. The tv channels would not work when we tried it on our last night.

Room was great, service & staff were great. Only complaint was in room description, advertised as river view, our room overlooked the parking lot with maybe a 15% view of the marina NOT the river. Other than that had a great stay

I always that this was an upscale Hotel but it is not. It's Old and tired and doesn't compare to cheaper Hotels in the area, and you don't even get free breakfast! The staff were OK, but I booked a specific room and when I showed up it was no longer available, they didn't offer any kind of compensate or anything after asking. I was charged twice from Expedia and the Hotel, but was eventually given my money back when they took the hold off my Credit Card. The room smelled like it was a smoking room 10 years ago and they just spray fabreeze after every stay. The TV wasn't working so I told the font counter and they replaced it pretty fast. The pool looks bigger and nicer in the pictures. There's a Tim Hortons across the road but there is a constant Homeless and Police presence there. I thought it was going to be a fun memorable stay but it was just more expensive place to sleep.
