Made with sustainable materials and set on pristine land with mountain views, the property offers two standalone pods. Book Studio A by itself, or add Studio B for larger groups! The Story Behind The Homes:

They were created by a large 3D printer and then shipped out to Joshua Tree, CA. They took the homes on a crane and dropped them on this incredible plot of land. This is the NEW sustainable way of building since it has reduced construction waste by 99%, used 60% recycled material and significantly decreased the carbon footprint. The solar panels allow each pod to achieve zero net energy consumption. The owner is excited to allow guests to open these pods to guests like yourself to truly embrace this desert experience. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to Studio B and the entire outdoor property, including the decks, cowboy pool/hot tub, fire pit, patios, and all listed amenities. A few storage closets on the property contain supplies for the rental — these areas are locked and not accessible to guests.



Access to Studio A is only provided when it is included in the reservation. Guests will receive the separate entrance code for Studio A only if the second studio is added (see Booking Instructions). If Studio A is not added, it will remain locked and unoccupied during your stay.



Please review the Booking Instructions before reserving to ensure you select the setup that best fits your group.

Booking Options

► Studio B Only (Default Booking): 1 Bedroom · 1 Bathroom

► Studio A + Studio B: Add a second full studio (1 Bedroom · 1 Bathroom) for an additional $100/night.



If you would like access to both studios, please enter the total number of guests as 3 or more, or send us a message so we can adjust the fee for the reservation. Studio B has its own private entrance and key code, which is only provided when the second studio is included in the booking.



Please Note:

► We rent to one group at a time, so the property is always 100% private.

► Studio B will NOT be rented out separately if only Studio A is booked.

► The $100/night fee covers additional cleaning, utilities, and wear & tear associated with opening the second unit.

► This setup helps keep the base price economical for smaller groups, while giving larger groups the flexibility to add the second studio when needed.



◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

** Please note: Cowboy pools are unavailable from November through March.**

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address



* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



◦ Pet Fee is $100 per pet

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!





◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.



-Cowboy Tub Availability-

The cowboy tub is drained and unavailable for guest use during winter months (November - March) to prevent the filter from freezing and breaking.



◦ Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

3D printed homes

These little homes were the perfect spot for 2 people who did not want to share a room be together but still have separate space. Comfortable and cozy these were awesome little homes.
