灰塵超多, 我朋友整個大過敏, 狂打噴嚏, 還鼻塞戴口罩睡覺, 房間內很多灰塵, 裝飾品也都灰塵沒有擦, 要入住的話, 要考慮一下~

有面對湖景的房間，但剛好被伊達邵遊客中心擋住，且樓層不高，有點可惜。服務人員態度良好，大致上房間是乾淨的，棉被有點潮濕，隔音有待加強。

臨時去旅遊訂的房間，整潔度需要再加強。 一進房的枕頭上就有頭髮，浴室磁磚蠻多黴菌。 個人使用的浴巾也滿舊的。 飯店整潔度整體不合格
