Great hotel at sun moon lake

Had a great one night stay at water house. Friendly staff and they let me my bag pre check in and post check in so I could start sight seeing. I had already hired a bike but there is also one next door. 10 mins walk from a great sunrise spot too. Thanks for a lovely stay x

Cockroaches and poor service

Unfortunately our stay was not one that we could recommend. Upon checkin they refuswd to take credit card as paynent resulting us in a delayed checkin. On first sight the room was ok but in the evening upon entering bed i saw cockroaches. Tried reporting this to the front desk but they close from 7pm to 8.30am. As for breakfast they give you a pork sandwich or a 7 eleven voucher for 60 taiwan dollar. A very disappointing stay especially for the high price paid

這已經是第二次入住這家民宿。 這次入住 4人房間，房間很大，還有沙發床！ 有單車免費時數 :) 有免費泊車（就是門外最大的停車場），在 check in 登記車牌號碼，便可以在入住期間停車，直到 check out 當天 12:00pm，中途可離場～ 很方便！ 位置：走路 10分鐘到水社碼頭，走路 5分鐘到便利店。
