Modern clean room, looked newly updated

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly, polite and courteous. When we arrived my Daughter was sick from the flight and the staff were quick to allocate a room even though we weren’t due to check in for a couple of hours.

Fabulous apartment. The apartment was slightly noisy for air conditioning - we couldn't turn it off. The resort overall was excellent. The staff on the front desk was nice but could have been more welcoming and informative. Overall I do recommend though.

From the minute we were picked up at the airport to the time we left, the service was very good. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was good with generous portions. Facilities were good, there were never queues or waits. The room had everything we needed and more. We are seasoned travellers and this is one of the better hotels we have been to.

The tour bus and shuttle bus did not stop I front of this hotel except the airport shuttle bus. In other words, no complaints.
