Love this hotel

We enjoyed our stay here at Best Western very much. The staff was friendly and efficient, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was close in proximity to our family’s home and breakfast was great! We will be returning for future stays!

The reason for the horrible review was that due to certain issues we were unable to get to the hotel. I called to cancel but was told no, that’s our policy. Was not even friendly when talking to the front desk. It cost almost $200 that I am out. The Expedia lady I talked to tried as well to talk to the hotel. Again no leeway. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER stay at this brand of hotel.

Bed was very hard. Room was clean breakfast was terrible. I waited for 20 min for scrambled eggs. The breakfast meat was empty and in 30 min was never filled. They did have some biscuits and gravy but that’s not my thing. Orange juice was coming out clear so I guessed they were out of it. Not a good experience. Won’t stay there agian.
