The choices of hotels in Yuma is average at best! My expectations were 3-star average that is not what I experienced at the Radisson. Taking into account all hotels are short staffed our room was clean and service was offered daily! Reception was friendly & helpful. We had a large family gathering but did not want to our day to end we all stopped at famous burger joint and proceeded to take over the lobby! Grandma to toddlers and no one complained staff actually took our trash. When I think of Raddison it will be for the accommodating staff.

Everything was perfect , especially the kitchen staff! The only thing that we were a little disappointed at was when we tried to buy a drink last night at the bar they told us we had to wait at least 45 minutes because reservations came first, but we literally just wanted to have a single drink at the bar and they told us we had to wait, even though we were staying at the hotel.

The room was clean, but a little dated and dark, especially the bathroom. Bed was okay for me, much too firm for my wife. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff were especially pleasant and friendly.
