Excellent location with all major attractions within easy walking distance. The room was clean and was an adequate size. Bathroom was clean; the shower stall was very nice. The beds were comfortable which helped us to sleep well. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and courteous.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, well kept, and most importantly, in an unbeatable location — literally inside the old town walls, steps from everything. Having on-site parking in such a central spot is a huge plus and very rare in this area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the old town!

I have no complaints. This boutique hotel only has 12 rooms. It’s very modern and the service is very personalized since the hotel is so small. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable with extra amenities such slippers and robes. The breakfast was very good with great variety. The hotel is walking distance to all the best spots. Be aware if you need parking you have to reserve ahead since they have only 3 spots and you pay an extra fee. I highly recommend.

Great place!

Very small boutique hotel..like only 12 rooms. It is in the heart of the old city area of Zadar. Rooms were large and beautifully decorated. The morning breakfast buffet was satisfying. Recommend reserving one of three parking spots available for a nominal fee otherwise you have to hunt for public parking.

Quick family getaway in Croatia. Wanted to see the Zadar and the local attractions. This elegant little hotel is right on the old town everything is a close walk away. We had fun.

Small, well located hotel. Lovely and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. A good buffet breakfast was included. Plenty of places to eat close by and easy walk to watch the sunset.
