It consists of 7 units: one two-bedroom apartment, two one-bedroom apartments, two studio apartments (one with an additional sofa bed for 2 people) and two en-suite rooms.
The house therefore has a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 kitchens, 7 bathrooms and is ideal for larger groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays together but have their own space and privacy.
In the yard there are 8 open parking spaces, a large barbecue area with a covered terrace and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with hotplates, a microwave, a coffee-espresso machine with beans, an extra toilet, a great seating area with a wooden table.
A well-equipped gym is located in the basement.
