Perfectly situtated with good comfortable sizeable rooms. Staff are great and very helpful. Some facilities are shared (in my case a kettle and microwave) and it would be good to have these in all rooms - no breakfast but great little cafe with. 100 yds

Great Location

Overall good experience. For the most part the room was very clean although there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. The location was great, short 10-15 minute walk to the middle of downtown. There is only housekeeping every other day, which was fine, but its nice when its done every day. In general it was a nice budget hotel.

Foul smell from toilet

When we arrived at the reception to check in, we were told that we will be staying at another apartment instead. While the location worked out to be ok, it still felt like a letdown as we picked the apartment based on its location. What was more disappointing was the foul smell coming from the toilet. To the staff's credit, one of them came on the first night to spray air freshener and assured that the maid will come the next day to fix the problem. But it did not happen as the foul smell remained. Otherwise, the room was decent.

Good Service and room

Great location, easily get to the old town and to the bus station. Good air conditioning, high speed WiFi, easy check in and check out, bags are allowed to keep after check out.

フロントの開放時間は？？？

フロントはam8時に行っても閉まってて対応してもらえませんでした。メール送っても全然返信なく、とても不安に過ごしました。 部屋は綺麗です。 ただ食器などは各部屋にではなく、廊下に備えつけの物なのて、料理はできません。 とにかく必ず昼過ぎ、8時までにはチェックイン出来る方であれば問題ないかと思います。
