120zł dodatkowej opłaty za sprzątanie apartamentu

120zł "za sprzątanie apartamentu" pobierane w gotówce z góry, bez pokwitowania i wyraźnie zaznaczonej informacji w ofercie przy cenie za nocleg i podatkach i opłatach w podsumowaniu ceny transakcji. Wielka niespodzianka gdy po zabukowaniu dzwoni właścicielka z informacją, że należy przygotować gotówkę 120zł "na opłatę za sprzątanie apartamentu". Rozumiem, że jeśli zostawiłbym apartament w nadzwyczajnym nieładzie, to obiekt ściągnąłby taką opłatę jako rekompensatę. W ten sposób jednak jest to naciąganie klientów przez obiekt jak i strata dla marki hotels.com.
