Nice hotel with a few issues

Comfortable stay just a few blocks from Old Town. The hotel has a lot of amenities. Service was a bit cold but not unfriendly. The water, however, was cold and took 10 minutes to warm up before showering. Also, the provided hair dryer would turn off after two minutes of use.

Mouldy wall paper in bedroom above head, huge thick dangling cobweb. Could do with updating. Blind missing from rails. need blackout curtains. Aircon machine sounds like there's a washing machine is in room! The morning kitchen food smell comes through the vent!

A very central hotel to the old town - the swimming pool, sauna and relaxation area was very welcome after a day of sightseeing- breakfast very good (a little pricey ) - the waitresses at the bar area are very good and anticipated anything we needed - bedroom bright , comfortable and airy - all in all - I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Warsaw

Loved everything about this amazing hotel! Location was excellent as was on a quiet street but very close to the old town area (easy walkability). Staff universally excellent. They set up massages for us, tours, and answered questions about sights and restaurants. Room very large and comfortable. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone!

Outstanding location and ambience

Outstanding hotel in every way. Great location right on the edge of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and cafes right nearby. The hotel staff were excellent - professional, courteous, available and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. It was large, luxurious, and clean. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely indoor heated pool area and sauna which was included. We would definitely stay here again if we revisited Warsaw.

The room was lovely, the check in staff last night very nice, parking easy, everything good until this morning. The lady at the checkout was quite rude, first at an encounter in the spa, then again at the check out, very unprofessional and it ruined our lovely stay at the hotel a bit. A shame as everything else was great..
