This is a completely renovated loft located in a historic buiding cuilt in the 18th century following the Aragonese tradition, A 4th floor with an elevatorm this is anappartment full of light and charm thanks to its two connected floors. An open space with 2 bedrooms and a good living-dining room. And all in the Historic Center and less than 10 minutes from Plaza de El Pilar.

The apartment is distributed on two open floors, the first with the living-dining room and an equipped and very manageable kitchen. Next door, but separate, the double room has a 150cm bed and a suite bathroom. On the upper floor there is another beddroom, open to the living room, with a single bed that can be expanded to 160 cm and a very charming small terrace.

LOCATION
Within the Historic Center and in the heart of the San Pablo neighborhood, the apartment is just 5 minutes from the Central Market and less than 10 minutes from the Plaza de El Pilar. A unique location to enter ancient Zaragoza or walk to the incredible Aljafería palace. Although Boggiero is a pedestrian and pick-up street, next door you will find all the life and activity of the shops on Conde Aranda or César Augusto streets.

MOBILITY AND PARKING
Boggiero Street is pedestrian, perfect for getting around the Historic Center, and has the Cesar Augusto parking (paid) nearby. If you arrive by train you can take bus 34 that leaves you next door, on Conde Aranda Street, and from there it is only 30 meters.

OBSERVATIONS
The building is a jewel of the typical Aragonese construction of the time made of brick and with wrought iron balconies and blue-tinted windows.
