Definitely not a grand hotel

Average at best, changed rooms twice due to noise from the street (windows not sound proofed). Air conditioning only works in half the hotel according to the reception staff. Breakfast is average, there’s no dedicated breakfast room, so they move it around day by day, also almost not hot food options and half the staff don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Gym is poor with broken equipment.

Booked 2 junior suites, well worth the extra money. Sonia at the front desk took care of us and was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was large and very comfortable and clean. Ramon helped us arrange private transportation at the last minute and was also very helpful. Excellent staff. Big thanks to Sonia who remembered us and thanked us again while checking out.
