We stayed in this VRBO for almost a week and here are some positives and negatives that anyone looking at this property should know if you are booking it. First of all the location is on the Nevada side and it has a beautiful view. What you need to know is the driveway is very steep and there are around 50 steps to the house so expect to lug your belongings up and down. This was very difficult as we were there during the winter storm and there was ice and snow everywhere. All bedrooms are on the first level and the living room and kitchen are on the second level, so more stairs. There is one bedroom which is separate from the house and has low ceilings. So if bringing children you might want to know as it is a whole different entrance. House is well stocked overall and communication was fair.
