WorldMark Timeshare property within walking distance of Lake Tahoe (Zephyr Cove)

One of our favorite locations before moving out-of-state (visited often). We had booked for early summer, but our travel plans are now on hold. Since this is a difficult location to book (had to do so 13 months in advance) its definitely worth the stay. Before I cancel, thought I would see if anyone else might wish to stay for the dates on the current reservation (check-in: Thursday 6/4/2020 | check-out: Sat 6/13/2020).

This location is perfect for large family or multiple couples. The timeshare offers condo style kitchen (stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans) microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, plus you have a washing machine & dryer in the unit, and a grill on your personal outdoor patio. Safeway grocery store is very close by for groceries (if you plan on eating in every now and then). This site offers an outdoor pool, outdoor children's pool, two outdoor hot tubs, rec center (w/ arcade games, pool table & ping-pong table) and a fitness center.

This is a very quite and serene location with pine tree forest and walking trials. There is a beach within a short walking distance, plus Horseback riding up the road, and Zephyr Cove beach/activity area. A short drive to the main drag with Casinos, golf, restaurants and shopping. Other locations to visit while in the area would be Emerald Bay, Carson City and Virginia City...just to name a few more things to do.

This unit is 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, two twins) plus a Queen-size murphy bed in family room area. Room sleeps up to 10 with two bathrooms (one in master and the other a shared bathroom).
