We spent one night at the hotel, the room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. It was a short walk to the Main Street and a 5 min walk from the train station and main attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic! Great hotel in Zermatt!

Lovely boutique hotel off the main tourist road to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to be in the middle of shopping and restaurants in minutes. We’ll stay here when we come back to Zermatt!

Hotel Tannenhof is in a perfect, central location steps away from beautiful Matterhorn views and the charming shopping streets of Zermatt. The hotel is clean and modern with a wonderful restaurant for dinner. Francesco at the front desk was very helpful.

2nd time just as good

2nd time visiting. Wish we could have stayed longer. I can’t compare it to others as this is the only place in Zermatt we have stayed. Only complaint - very warm. Not sure if there is HVAC or wasn’t working.
