The staff is great, but the area is difficult to reach by taxi, the air conditioning in the room does not work well and only freezes you or does not work at all.

Great... The boss (Mr. Li) is very helpful and super friendly... He will help you arrange the itinerary and tickets for all the scenic spots in the plan... Ask him everything... He will try his best to help you.
