Great location, downtown is walkable. Lots of great restaurants close by. We got the breakfast package and the food was very good and you got lots of choices. Love the view from the pool overlooking the bay. Could watch alll day. Rooms are just ok. 2 twin beds. Pretty quiet around at night, everything is shut down by about 8. No real area to play cards at night, all very dark. Prices have definitely gone up, not just here but everywhere in Zihua. This is our second visit to Hotel Irma and I would have no problem returning.

I overpaid for the room since I thought I'd paid for the room with breakfast included. Neither Expedia nor Hotel would provide me the cost breakdown of this. The room was clean and comfortable, cleani ng, restaurant, bar and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful but checking in was not pleasant and we were not told about the free coffee, how to use the TV, or when happy hour was...etc. perhaps a preprinted sheet outlining what guests need to know would help..

Staff were courteous. The room was ok There was a security camera pointing at our balcony 24/7. Unpleasant. This hotel should supply fresh, cool water for guests at all times, - free of charge. Could really use a fridge!

This hotel provided an excellent experience at an affordable price point! The bay view is absolutely awesome and unforgettable. The rooms were clean and the overall installations (including the stunning infinity pool) were great. The service was excellent, and the food was consistently delicious and high quality. Staff was great. Breakfast was good and the infinite pool was awesome. Steep climb up but was ok. Would be nice to have a blanket on the beds as you need the ac on but just a sheet was a bit cold. Hars to get a good balance. Great place.
