My instructor didn't stay due to unforeseen last minute problems. We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative. We were told that we should have booked with them direct and not through Hotels.com. We will be going to Europoort many times in the future but will NEVER use this hotel again. Their loss, not ours!
