The villa is ideally located 100m from a magnificent fine sand beach and 150m from restaurants.



The patio located in the center of the villa is the link connecting all living spaces. It creates a warm atmosphere with a teak table that can accommodate 12 people, cleverly shaded by an IPE pergola, which will ensure convivial meals. A gas barbecue will enhance your family or friends' meals. The (heated) swimming pool is also modern and pleasant with several comfortable sofas and loungers located all around.



Two bedrooms and the kitchen with the central island have direct access to the patio. Two other bedrooms adjacent to the villa are also facing the patio. The fifth bedroom faces the garden.



All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom.

The very cozy living room also overlooks the garden on the south side. On this side, there is another large terrace with a table that can also accommodate 12 guests. An outdoor lounge with armchairs will allow for peaceful relaxation.



The residence is designed to be very quiet for relaxing vacations. The varied and magnificent landscapes, the nearby beaches are also very beautiful. The mountain less than an hour away allows for a beautiful refreshing walk (Bavella, Zonza and rivers with the possibility of canyoning).



Water sports in the Pinarello bay are numerous: Diving, Jet Ski, Water Skiing, Wake, Fly Board and boat rental.



The village of Pinarello is accessible in 3 minutes on foot, with all its restaurants, bars, ice cream shops...



The Cinq Monde wellness center is located less than 250m from the villa.

Marvellous

Our family of 5 loved this villa. There was plenty of space with lots of extras home touches that you don’t always find in rentals. We spent the week around the pool and popping to the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away. Frédéric was on hand if needed and responded promptly . Altogether a fantastic week - we hope to return .

Awesome property!

We were lucky enough to find this property available just a few weeks before our trip. The first thank goes to the travelers who had written the reviews, after the pictures, it is always what I read. The owners are very quick to respond, and really helpful with informations about the region. Pascale and Frederic ‘s house is wonderful! Clean, big, and very well thought out. The location is perfect. You are no more than a hundred feet from a beautiful beach, 2 kayaks, a paddle board, and many inflatable toys are just waiting for you. Even though it is close to many restaurants, it is very quiet and very private. The heated pool and the patio are perfect. The kitchen could not be more welcoming, even for big families. The appliances are galore. 2 refrigerators( 1 with ice cube maker), 2 freezers, induction cooktop, oven, microwave,nespresso machine, blender, food processor, and so many dishes... it reflects the fact that this place is not only a villa, it is a true family house. The beds were top notch, very firm, no trouble falling asleep. It was the first time I sacrificed the view for the proximity of the water, let’s just say it was a success! I highly recommend this property, we will come back again. Thank you Pascale, Frederic for sharing your property with us! Val.

Exceeded all expectations

We travelled as a group of 10 made up from 3 families. The villa worked out great giving enough privacy yet still entered around the pool. Our first day was not great in terms of the weather but, being heated, we all still enjoyed the pool. The pool also has a retractable cover which When closed meant that the adults could relax in the comfort of knowing the children would be safe. Frederic greeted us on our arrival and gave us a detailed handover including a few tips of where to eat and the best places to visit. It was a nice surprise to find that the villa comes with the use of 2 kayaks and a paddle board. The beach is only a few steps away so longs days were spent messing around on the water. The villa is very well equipped with all you could want and the kitchen, which opens directly to the pool area, was a great social space We had a small issue with the internet but with 5 teenagers with us it was hardly a surprise, I merely mentioned it to Frederic the next day and it was sorted Frederic is a great host who is always around if needed but generally is very much in the background. He lives a stones throw away and made a brief visit every couple of days just to ensure everything was perfect We made a couple of trips inland to an area called Cavu which is a selection of natural pools with a river flowing through. Absolutely superb and a must do. We went back there the following day to rent bicycles and explored the whole area. There is also tree top canyoning experience park there which was great fun The restaurants in the strip were reasonable but the Le Rouf was the stand out restaurant for us. The cocktails in VigVog were enjoyed by all😊 In short great villa in a super location

Modern Villa, Ideal Location, Perfect Host

Truly an amazing place! My family and friends met from different parts of the globe to enjoy a holiday in Corsica. We loved the villa’s ultra-modern architecture and fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of space for all seven of us. Steps away from the beautiful beach and local restaurants made this the ideal location. “Fred” was the ultimate host. His knowledgeable of the area was invaluable and he helped us plan our activities when asked. He was always responsive before, during and after our stay. We also enjoyed exploring the mountains and visiting Bonifacio which were short drives from Pinarello in our rental car. On lazy days, we relaxed by the luxurious pool which is the focal point of the glass enclosed kitchen and bedrooms. The highlight of our stay was the boat trip! Fred is an experienced boat captain and we chartered his boat for a beautiful, private trip along the coast. We made several stops to explore, swim and have lunch, making it the perfect day at sea. I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait until our next visit! Thank you, Fred, for making this trip unforgettable.

Magnifique ! La proximité avec la plage, la piscine privée, le calme, les restos, un lieu de rêve

Un havre de paix avec accès à une plage quasi privative même en plein mois d’août. De larges espaces de vie, des chambres climatisées, cours intérieure et extérieure, proximité des commerces et restaurants. Les dotations de la maison et la literie sont premium et le fait de disposer d’un lave linge, sèche linge tres agréable. La piscine est bien entretenue, ainsi que le jardin et les accessoires de plage mis à disposition. Maison très accueillante pour des familles avec enfants. Un vrai plaisir!

Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen

Es war alles unkompliziert. Anreise, Übergabe, Einweisung, Aufenthalt und Abreise. Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit ganz viel Platz. Der beheizte Pool ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeber geben sich immer Mühe und geben immer Unterstützung. Es gibt einen fast privaten Weg zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. der höchstens 50m lang ist. Hier sind nicht sehr viele Badegäste. Somit hat man seine Ruhe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist beeindruckend. Es gibt alles ist ausreichender Menge. Ich glaube es ist das erste Mal, dass mich die Realität des Hauses mehr beeindruckt hat als das Inserat. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit und wir werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen. Tolle Lage und nähe zum Meer

La maison est idéalement située à 100 m d’une belle plage et à 150 d’une petite rue commerçante comportant plusieurs restaurants, au calme. L’accueil par la propriétaire a été correct. Cependant, le ménage n’était pas impeccable (un peu de vaisselle sale, frigidaire non javellisé, poussière sous les lits, cuisine ´grassouille ´, moisissures dans les joints de douche...) et la maison nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement (murs à lessiver, carrelage du contour de la piscine instable, hotte de la cuisine en mauvais état, matelas des transats vétustes...). Les propriétaires partagent le même terrain sur une maison mitoyenne. Pour conclure, la maison est très bien située mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé.

Die Villa ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, hat alle unsere Erwartungen bestens erfüllt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Séjour Inoubliable

Nous avons loué cette villa durant la semaine du 11 au 18 août 2018. Nous étions un groupe composé de 10 personnes d’une même famille, mon époux et moi-même souhaitions faire découvrir la région à nos quatre enfants ainsi qu’à leurs compagnons/compagnes, tranche d’âge de 17 à 31 ans. A notre arrivée à la villa, l’accueil des propriétaires (Frédéric et Pascale) fut particulièrement attentionné et ils se sont montrés prévenants durant toute la durée du séjour, mettant à notre disposition une multitude de matériels de loisirs (2 canoës doubles, un paddle, masques, tubas, palmes, raquettes de jeux, ballons, matelas gonflables, planche de bodyboard, etc.), ainsi que des parasols, serviettes de piscine etc… La première impression en découvrant l’intérieur de la villa a été unanime : très beaux volumes et agencements réalisés avec goût. On se sent tout de suite bien et à notre aise, chaque couple ayant sa propre chambre et salle d’eau. La villa est idéalement située à 100 mètres à pied des restaurants et petits commerces de Pinarello et offre un accès quasi immédiat à une très belle plage en contrebas. Elle dispose d’une allée pour stationner les véhicules, d’un jardin ombragé avec une grande table pour 10 à 12 personnes et barbecue à proximité. Nous avions la possibilité d’installer notre grande tablée dans le patio au bord de la piscine, idéal pour le petit déjeuner. La maison est très bien équipée en électroménager, ustensiles de cuisine, mobilier et équipements Hifi (TV, magnétoscope 3D, etc.) et avec une connexion internet sécurisée très correcte. L’entretien de la piscine est assuré au quotidien, ce qui permet d’avoir une eau toujours irréprochable. L’endroit a beaucoup de charme et de quiétude, le lotissement est très calme. A proximité, nous avons pu pratiquer des activités sportives telles que canyoning et jet-ski, sans oublier l’immanquable sortie en bateau. La journée sur les iles Lavezzi restera l’un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Frédéric qui a été attentif à rendre cette journée inoubliable. Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans cette superbe villa. Encore merci pour l’accueil et pour les attentions multiples. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cette adresse.

Schönes Ferienhaus ganz nah am Strand

wir waren 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern zwischen 9 und 5 Jahren und hatten herrliche Tage im Oktober. Nähe zum Meer mit viel "Spielzeug" wie SUP, Kanu und Sandkasten-Ware ist besonders zu erwähnen. Kids fühlten sich wohler als bei Club Med! Geheizter Pool war auch schön und die Küche mit allen Equipments lädt ein für gemütliche Kochrunden. Kommen bestimmt wieder - Merci Frederic !
