The beach is accessible on foot via a footbridge (see photo), no parking problem.
It is a 150m2 villa, enjoying a beautiful view, quiet, on 2000 m2 of unfenced land, with private pool of 8m by 4 fully secure. The fully air-conditioned villa consists of 4 bedrooms each with its bathroom and toilet and television (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a large living dining room, bathed in light (large bay windows) open onto a shaded terrace with a barbecue and access to the swimming pool.
