One floor house with a large room, dining room for 14, integrated kitchen with a large bar and fully equipped with crockery to serve up to 16 people. Master bedroom with ocean view, queen bed, bathroom and exit to the terrace; 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, bunk bed and full bathroom; TV room equipped with Direct TV service, DVD, Wifi; guest bathroom; laundry area and a service bathroom. Beachfront terrace fully equiped with private pool leads to the beach. All rooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
