Nowhere on the description of this villa does it say it’s unsuitable for the disabled. In fact it’s unsuitable also for the elderly. We arrived at 1300hrs in 33 degrees heat with a disabled person. The villa is reached by 102 steep steps before you get to the front door and we had to haul our suitcases all the way up. This is totally unacceptable and had I known about this I would not have booked the villa. It’s not mentioned anywhere. It’s so wrong. We had to endure climbing those steps everyday with a disabled person which was a nightmare. Then a further 19 steps once in the villa!!!! The photos of the place show balconies yet we didn’t have one, again not mentioned when booking. There wasn’t even a hairdryer in the place but what made it even worse was the fact there wasn’t a kettle!!!! We could not even make tea or coffee!! The views from the front windows were stunning but the owners of this place need to pull their fingers out, modernise the place and be honest re the location and inform people it’s half way up a mountain. Only stay at this place if your a athlete or mountain goat.
