Wonderful experience and a very friendly and helpful staff! Gave us good recommendations on food and stuff to do. The only con to this stay was pretty minor — The toilet and shower are separated by only a curtain and water from the shower easily splashes out. Everything else was lovely. Bed was super comfy with full and fluffy pillows

Lovely clean room, with comfortable bed and a hot shower. Room features, such as TV and blinds are controlled with an Ipad. All modern features. I did encounter some technical issues with the TV, however after contacting reception, a staff member promptly came up to my room to sort the issue out. All in all, an excellent stay.

Pros: Incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. One of the most technologically advanced rooms I've stayed in. LED mood lighting, phone-TV-media integration and catering all controllable from the room's tablet device. Cons: The room is very small given the price per night. The mattress was so hard my 20kg suitcase bounced when I lifted it onto the bed. Despite this staff remained kind, sympathetic and professional throughout.

Great hotel and location for the price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Mauro was very helpful with check in and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The coffee and tea available 24hrs was a nice touch. Very close to the botanical gardens which was lovely.

The hotel is located close to Zurich Hauptbahnhof just a few minutes away by foot. The staff is very friendly & helpful. However the room is really tiny tiny and you cannot even open a big suitcase completely.

Such a great location in the middle of everything but also on a side street so less congested than main shopping road. Breakfast buffet was good compared to others in area. Really beautiful modern design in lobby and spacious room for european standards. Will def stay again
