I booked this property because it had a lift. We are travelling with folding bikes and need to store them in our room. The lift only goes to level 4 and our room was on level 5. That is the only detracting feature of this property

Not a 4 star mattress as advertised. Poor mattress. No AC so nice to have windows open but lots of noise outside for most of night. Clean, good value, but doesn’t matter if don’t sleep well.

The property had an easy check in system, the room was clean, it would have been nice if it had air conditioning. The bed was nice, it was a little odd having the toilet and shower sharing a small space together not being separate, but it worked. For the price we paid a bigger room would have been nice. Close to train station if that is way you are traveling and close to many sights and shopping.

Served its purpose

We are a family of 8 adults and chose 2 quad rooms as they were in our budget. First the good things: great location, very clean, hot shower, comfortable beds, minimalistic rooms. Now why we downgraded our stay: no air conditioning during a very hot stay, requiring us to grab 2 fans from the hallway and sleep with the windows wide open. This would have been somewhat bearable except for the constant outdoor noise late into the night and early morning. Lastly, for check in, we received a number from hotels.com but the kiosk would only take an EasyHotel number, which we were not provided with. Luckily after messaging the hotel a person came and provided us with the number.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the location was excellent and the place was overall clean, there were several disappointing aspects of my stay. First, I was surprised to learn about a €25 housekeeping fee that wasn’t communicated upfront. When I requested just two clean towels, I was told it would cost €25 — which felt excessive for such a basic request. Additionally, the sink in my room wasn’t draining properly. I reported the issue on the first day, but it was never resolved during my entire stay. The hotel also appears to lack proper air conditioning. My initial room was uncomfortably hot. When I brought this up, they moved me to another room that had AC and a fan, which I appreciated — but it’s something that should have been clarified earlier. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the unexpected fees, poor maintenance, and unclear amenities made the experience less than ideal.

The property is very clean and located very close to Zurich HB train station, but would only give 3 stars because there is no air conditioning in the hotel. It was extremely hot (30-33 degrees C) and it was uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently close to the train station and city center. It was a bit warm in the room due to no air conditioning, however they do supply fans so it made the stay more comfortable. Room was nice and spacious as well and clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. I would stay here again.
