The breakfast buffet was excellent. My stay at the Holiday Inn Messe was excellent and I accomplished what I needed to do in Zurich. Travelocity offered a good deal to me with round trip tickets from Dulles to Zurich on SAS and four nights with buffet breakfast at the Holiday Inn at Messe in Zurich.

We were denied break fast on the first day of check-in. Thye said that information for break-fast did not reach their web -site. I had to show my booking information, a little later (when I got acces to the emails) about the break-fast. By that time it was 10.30AM and told us that the break fast time is over. Infact, they should refund the money for 2 person's break fast.

It was okay!

We were disappointed with the fact the hotel did not have wash cloths. The tub only had coverage for a portion of the tub so water would get in the floor which cause a risk for us to potentially fall and hurt ourselves.

The The hotel is good, but it doesn't have air conditioning or mini-fridges in the rooms. Additionally, it's located outside the train station hub, so you need to take an Uber, taxi, bus, or walk to get to the station. The people are very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything is excellent.
