Our room was spacious and clean. The rool was missing a tv remote. Requested but didnt get it. That's okay. Staff was very friendly. They have a laundry facility but the machine or wash apps was not easy to use. Overall, i was happy and would stay here again.

the room was clean, location was good . the staff service was below par. no phone in the room had to go down to request for additional towels. they said they will send it never happened , so i had to go down again then they said they can give it to me now. supply was just beside them. Don't know why they didn't give it to me in the first place .There was also an incident when the power in the room was shut off no lights no electricity, i had to go down to reception several times for follow up on the electrical service. i cant change etc as the room was very dark. the reception seems not to care . they just wrote down my room number and ask me to wait . i waited still no one came i went down again same thing . until finally i was fed up had been waiting for an hour , so i went down n got mad the manager came out , that's the time action was taken it was done in less than fifteen mins .

We chose Radisson Hotel because we have this in the U.S. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with this specific hotel. On our first night, we noticed that their refrigerator had leftover food from the previous guests. Also, there were rowdy people at their restaurant named Luigia. They were singing and laughing so loud that it was actually scary. We could hear them because the restaurant is on our side of the hotel. The next day, we noticed a smell in our room and realized that they didn’t throw out the trash, once again from the previous guests! Then on our last night, the rowdy people were back singing, laughing and talking loudly. I’m not saying we won’t be staying here again, but we expected more from a well known hotel.

I’m reviewing based on their bedroom layout. Their bed is setup against the wall on one side and so it’s ridiculous for one person to get out while the partner is sleeping. So one negative review that I would like to highlight so management would take my feedback as a client.

Nice place

The check in was excellent. But going to the room on the 4th floor, there was many stains on the carpet floor that gave me the impression that the room would be dirty. But the room was exceptionally clean. A nice little kitchen. Although the concrete ceiling gave it an unfinished feel. The queen bed against the wall was inconvenient to get in and out of. All the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed — I never expected to find bugs in the room. I’ve taken a picture as evidence. When I went to reception around 11:15pm, they were busy checking in new guests, so I wasn’t able to get assistance at the time. I’ve been unable to sleep all night as I’m worried there may be more bugs in the room. This is completely unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if you could address this issue urgently.

Need to take bus from the main station but only took me about 15 mins. Walking about 5 mins from bus stop to hotel. No phone in the room. Self service if you need extra beverages.
