The room itself is definitely not overwhelming, but ok. The communication policy of the hotel, however, is just terrible. Very slow answers, delayed provision of access codes, wrong Wi-Fi passwords, numerous redundant emails, requests to send documents via hotels.com chat, which is technically not possible … if you have strong nerves consider booking here, but any other place should provide better service …

My worst-ever hotel experience and I've spent over 1k nights in them. Never have I not been able to access the room. Stay2Night indicated in special conditions after booking that a secure link would be provided to share details - it never was. They were slow to respond in hotels.com chat to the point that we never resolved things (in a fortnight). They wouldn't accept a passport number without an image, but images can't be shared in the chat. Hotels.com were no help, saying it was up to Stay2Night. I had to book another hotel last minute (through Amex concierge) and will be claiming this one back as a failure to provide service. Spare yourself the wasted hours and stress by avoiding this service. Also, be very careful with using hotels.com. The savings aren't worth it.
