where is the hidden submit button that needs to be there on your webpage so as to be able to enter your competition …

    • Mitzi

Hi K! Sorry about the late response here- there is a ‘done’ button on the Blog post that you should be looking for. It is at the bottom of the competition form. Let us know if you are still having trouble 🙂

My husband and I absolutely love good food, wine and life. We haven’t been to the yarra valley yet and this sounds like a trip for us. We have sampled a few of the wines from the area. Can’t wait to sample this fantastic trip through the valley and look forward to more recipes on your site. Cheers
    Regards Karen

I can’t enter this amazing comp as I keep getting – The comment you entered is in an invalid format. Please help!

  4. Charlotte Frajman

Enjoying our inner-urban Melbourne lifestyle, just 45 minutes away we can enjoy another world of peace, greenery and the finest produce and support our local Yarra Valley growers and producers.
How amazing to have all these activities and indulgences so close to home, and even the husband gets to play golf on one of the best courses in Vic and even enjoy the horse races if we can stop ourselves eating and drinking.
More importantly, to see the rebuild and regeneration after the Black Saturday Fires, when everything was SO black, burnt, desolate and empty (we were at Chateau Yerring 2 weeks after the tragic fires for a wedding) to the regenerating, green, fertile, fecund, lush undulating growth of today (stayed 3 days in Feb for A Day on the Green) is totally uplifting and incredible.
So much to see, do, explore, eat, drink …. please take me back.

    • Sasha

I couldn’t agree more, Charlotte. The region’s recovery is so uplifting.
PS – I’m totally jealous that you’re a Melbournite – I would be here every second week if I lived close enough.

Hi Alisha, make sure you haven’t gone over the word limit in the 25 words or less section and you have your contact details all filled out. Let me know if you still have difficulties entering, we don’t want you missing out!

  9. Alisha

Thanks Nicole but still no luck. Is the final thing to tick the yes box? There is nothing saying anything is incorrect. Thanks

FRUSTRATED! I’ve been trying to submit my entry to this comp but alas, for some reason “my comment has been entered in an invalid format.” I’ve read terms & conditions (no info there re: format) and I’ve tried rearranging things. Any advice ? I don’t want to miss out on this opportunity. Cheers

Experienced the Yarra Valley and some of those magnificent places mentioned above 20 years ago and was memorised by the beauty and delicious food/drink!
Only problem is that it has been to long between drinks and would love to visit these places without the kids this time! I believe it is well kept secret area which we (Melbournians) should treasure as do overseas travels!

having moved from the Yarra Valley Outskirts, to country Victoria, these pictures certainly remind me of the beauty that I so miss, and chocolate now…WOW

  13. Judy Ross

Just looking at the calendar to see when we can go – this has certainly whetted the appetite – fabulous food, yummy chockies, wonderful wineries – let me at it!

  14. Debbie McCredie

Sounds like the perfect place for a romantic getaway..wine…food…ice cream…chocolate…all that’s missing is me and my husband!

  15. Denise Patroni

Sasha stayed at the Balgownie Estate Vineyard Resort & Spa on her way to the Yarra Valley.
Breathtaking views would be my top ingredient for the perfect escape for sure.
