Dear Comfort Inn Management,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The room, as well as the hotel itself, reeked of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as smoke-free. The smell was so overwhelming that it made the stay very unpleasant.
Unfortunately, I checked in late at night, otherwise I would have canceled my reservation immediately upon arrival. To make matters worse, the room was dirty, and I became ill as a result of the poor conditions. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standard I expect when booking with Comfort Inn.
I would appreciate a response to this complaint, as well as information on how you intend to address this matter.
